The Governing Council of Cross River State College of Nursing Sciences, Itigidi (CONSIT) is the highest policy-making and oversight body of the College. It provides strategic direction, promotes good governance, and ensures the College remains committed to quality nursing education in line with national standards and globally accepted best practices.

Working with College Management, the Council supports continuous development across academics, infrastructure, human resources, finance, and student welfare.
